Gotham Enterprises Ltd is actively seeking a dedicated Full-Time Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Pasadena, California. In this role, you will partner closely with patients on their journey to restore mobility and enhance their overall quality of life. Your focus will encompass a range of services including promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, intervention, and rehabilitation, fostering optimum function and movement potential for each client.

Our team of healthcare professionals is dedicated to providing personalized and evidence-based treatment, ensuring each patient receives the highest level of care.

Work Environment

This is an onsite position in the heart of Pasadena, California, where you will work alongside a collaborative team consisting of two experienced physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant (PTA). The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, enabling a balanced work-life dynamic. Our practice environment is designed to offer a supportive atmosphere conducive to professional growth and patient healing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and develop individual care plans based on patients' specific goals and needs.
• Manage a caseload of 2 to 3 patients per hour, providing personalized interventions.
• Utilize a variety of orthopedic treatment techniques that improve patient mobility and promote recovery.
• Facilitate alternative treatments that minimize reliance on medications and avoid unnecessary surgical interventions.
• Create comprehensive fitness and wellness programs tailored to enhance each patient's strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Motivate and encourage patients throughout their therapy sessions, ensuring they stay engaged in their recovery process.
• Consult with other healthcare professionals to provide a holistic treatment approach.
• Continuously evaluate patient progress, documenting care services accurately in EMR systems such as WebPT.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily be working with a diverse patient population that includes individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, athletes requiring rehabilitation, and those seeking preventative care to enhance their physical fitness. Your expertise will have a critical impact on their rehabilitation journey and overall health.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapist License in the state of California, with no disciplinary actions.
• Proficient manual therapy skills and a solid foundation in exercise prescription.
• Experience in utilizing EMR software, particularly WebPT, for patient management.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of orthopedic outpatient experience as a practicing Physical Therapist.
• Demonstrated success in developing effective treatment plans and achieving patient goals.
• Positive patient feedback and a track record of fostering client relationships.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges between USD 100,000 and 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package. This package may encompass health insurance, paid time off, retirement plan options, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
