Revive Strength & Mobility Rehab Center is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled full-time Orthopedic Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dedicated team. As a vital member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the mobility and overall quality of life for our patients. Work Environment

In this full-time role, you will work onsite and directly engage with patients in their homes, providing personalized therapeutic interventions that cater to their unique needs. Our team, currently comprised of two physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant (PTA), is dedicated to creating a collaborative and supportive atmosphere that fosters professional growth and exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and address the specific objectives and requirements of each patient, ensuring tailored therapeutic interventions.
• Manage a patient load of one individual per hour, delivering personalized care while maintaining efficient service delivery.
• Administer a variety of orthopedic therapies aimed at improving patient mobility while minimizing reliance on medication or surgical interventions.
• Develop and execute comprehensive treatment plans employing advanced therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and exercise programming.
• Design individualized wellness and fitness programs that align with each patient's recovery goals and lifestyle.
• Document all patient interactions accurately, ensuring a thorough record of progress and treatment effectiveness in our EMR system, specifically WebPT.
• Regularly evaluate patient outcomes, monitor progress, and communicate effectively with patients and the broader healthcare team.
• Inspire and motivate patients throughout their recovery journey, encouraging adherence to treatment and lifestyle modifications.
• Consult with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care plans and enhance patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary clientele includes individuals with private medical insurance, focusing on those with orthopedic conditions requiring outpatient physical therapy. Our approach is holistic, supporting not only recovery from injuries but also addressing preventive measures to enhance physical well-being. In a home care setting, practitioners can create adaptable treatment environments that align with the patients' specific living circumstances and personal needs.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) with prior experience in orthopedic outpatient settings.
• Valid Physical Therapist license in California, free from any board or disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional proficiency in manual therapy techniques and creating dynamic exercise programs for varied patient needs.
• Experience with EMR software, particularly WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of three years of experience in orthopedic outpatient physical therapy, preferably with a proven track record of improving patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits
