Our 5000 square feet outpatient office is equipped with the latest technology and rehabilitation equipment, enabling us to provide exceptional care for patients with diverse physical therapy needs. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality services primarily to clients holding private medical insurance and being an integral part of their healing journey.

Work Environment

This role will be based onsite at our outpatient office, working closely with a collaborative team of two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA). The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured yet flexible work environment conducive to professional growth and development. Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions to develop customized treatment plans tailored to their needs.
• Implementing and managing evidence-based treatment protocols, ensuring cost-effective interventions aimed at enhancing mobility.
• Maintaining a patient caseload, managing efficient turnover to accommodate one patient per hour.
• Motivating and guiding patients through physical therapy programs, helping them achieve their maximum functional capabilities.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to patient care, optimizing treatment outcomes.
• Continuously monitoring patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on their response to therapy.
• Accurately documenting all patient interactions, treatment modalities, progress, and outcomes in accordance with facility protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice focuses on a diverse patient demographic, primarily consisting of individuals seeking orthopedic rehabilitation. This includes athletes recovering from injuries, individuals undergoing post-surgical rehabilitation, and patients with chronic pain conditions. Your role as a Physical Therapist will be to cater to the specific needs of these clients, fostering an environment that encourages recovery and resilience.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or higher educational qualifications such as a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• A current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California, with a clean record free from board actions or disciplinary measures.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a solid foundation in developing and implementing exercise regimens tailored to patient needs.
• Competence in utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) software, such as WebPT, to manage patient data efficiently.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following experiences are highly valued:

• Prior experience specifically in an orthopedic outpatient setting, showcasing familiarity with rehabilitation protocols suited to post-operative care.
• Experience with diverse patient populations and a proven track record of delivering personalized, evidence-based care.
• A history of collaborative work with multidisciplinary teams in healthcare settings.

Compensation and Benefits
