Work Environment

Your work will take place in a modern outpatient office setting in Los Angeles, a vibrant city teeming with life and culture. We support a weekly schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, evidence-based patient care focused on orthopedic, post-surgical rehabilitation, and sports-related injuries.
• Conduct thorough evaluations to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals.
• Implement innovative therapeutic techniques and manual therapy treatments to facilitate optimal recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with referring physicians, healthcare teams, and support staff to coordinate seamless care across various specialties.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on treatment methods and self-management strategies to promote long-term recovery and prevent re-injury.
• Participate in team meetings and case discussions to share insights and enhance collaborative treatment approaches.

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgery, athletes seeking performance enhancement, and those managing chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in physical therapy, preferably in outpatient settings.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation is highly desirable, although not a strict requirement.

Compensation and Benefits
