Key Responsibilities

• Implement therapeutic interventions, including exercise programs, manual therapy techniques, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation, to enhance recovery.
• Monitor patient progress closely, adjusting treatment plans to reflect their evolving needs and ensuring optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on effective body mechanics and strategies to prevent further injury, empowering them to take an active role in their rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, referring to other specialists as necessary to maintain a holistic approach to patient care.
• Document treatment sessions accurately, maintaining up-to-date patient records that comply with state regulations and best practices.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
