Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical capabilities and limitations to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and adjust therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation programs tailored to the specific needs and goals of each patient.
• Utilize a variety of techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic modalities, and patient education to optimize recovery outcomes.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure continuous improvement and achievement of therapeutic goals.
• Provide instruction to patients, families, and caregivers on home exercises, assistive devices, and strategies to support continued progress outside of therapy sessions.
• Prioritize patient caseloads and coordinate with providers to ensure seamless communication and continuity of care across interdisciplinary teams.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in physical therapy methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of patients, ranging from pediatric to adult populations, each with their own unique rehabilitation needs. The conditions you may treat include post-operative recovery, sports injuries, chronic pain, neurological disorders, and orthopedic adjustments. Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with patients and their families.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and providing clear instructions to patients.

Preferred Experience

• While no prior experience is required, candidates with experience in a rehabilitation or outpatient orthopedic setting are preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation practices is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in therapeutic exercise prescription and knowledge of evidence-based practices in physical therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

Motion Mastery Therapeutics offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
