Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions and functional abilities, utilizing standardized assessment tools.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that target each patient's specific needs, taking into account their medical history, lifestyle, and personal rehabilitation goals.
• Implement various therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities such as electrical stimulation, to facilitate recovery.
• Provide patient education on effective body mechanics, pain management strategies, and lifestyle modifications to enhance rehabilitation.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary, ensuring that therapeutic objectives are met.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate documentation of patient interactions, treatment outcomes, and progress notes in our electronic health record system.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client population is diverse, ranging from athletes recovering from sports injuries to older adults managing chronic conditions. We specialize in treating back and neck pain, joint pain due to osteoarthritis, tendon injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and balance and gait deficiencies. The therapist in this role will be instrumental in guiding patients from initial injury assessment through recovery, adapting protocols for different ages and abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in California.
• Board certification by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) is highly desirable.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience is required.
• Familiarity with advanced therapeutic techniques and rehabilitation processes.
