Work Environment

The ideal candidate will work onsite in our modern rehabilitation facility, equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and resources that promote healing and recovery. The clinic operates Monday to Friday from 2 PM to 8 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic while still providing comprehensive care during peak patient hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care by managing the complete therapeutic process for a designated patient group, in collaboration with both physicians and the healthcare team.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop and implement individualized care plans aimed at goal achievement and positive patient experiences.
• Deliver direct physical therapy interventions throughout the continuum of care, ensuring each patient receives tailored support in line with their unique recovery needs.
• Administer evaluations and interventions grounded in established laws and ethical guidelines of physical therapy.
• Assess and evaluate patients' therapeutic, rehabilitative, and functional status continuously, participating actively in formulating comprehensive care plans.
• Provide skilled therapeutic services in both clinical and home settings, employing proven methods to facilitate improvement in patients' conditions.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapies, exercises, and the use of therapeutic devices or prosthetics necessary for their care.
• Manage caseload prioritization and coordinate staffing needs effectively to ensure optimal patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse population, including both adult and pediatric patients recovering from orthopedic conditions. Qualifications

• A current license to practice Physical Therapy.
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent qualification.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, which must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• No prior experience is required; however, enthusiasm for providing excellent patient care is essential.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a rehabilitation facility setting is a plus but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in using physical therapy modalities and treatment techniques.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems for documentation and patient management.
