Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Twin Mountain Physical Therapy, your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive physical therapy evaluations to assess patients' mobility, strength, and functional abilities.
• Designing and implementing personalized treatment plans that align with each patient's specific rehabilitation goals.
• Teaching patients and their families the correct performance of exercises and daily activities to enhance recovery and mobility.
• Documenting patient progress meticulously, including treatment modifications and outcomes, in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and specialists, to ensure comprehensive treatment delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
