Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess each patient's physical condition and functional capabilities, utilizing standardized assessment tools.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, incorporating evidence-based practices to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer a variety of therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and advanced modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation to enhance rehabilitation.
• Instruct patients and their families on effective body mechanics, posture, and injury prevention strategies to promote long-term health and independence.
• Monitor patient progress, document treatment interventions and outcomes meticulously, and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on clinical judgment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to facilitate comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance patient recovery.
• Engage in continuous professional development activities, staying abreast of emerging trends and innovations within physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our Physical Therapists work with a varied patient population addressing multiple conditions, including but not limited to back and neck pain, osteoarthritis, tendonitis, post-surgical rehabilitation, and balance disorders. Each therapist takes pride in building strong therapeutic relationships with patients, fostering trust and encouraging active participation in their treatment journey.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a valid and unrestricted state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• National Board Certification from the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in physical therapy practice across diverse patient populations.
• Proficiency in administering advanced physical therapy techniques and modalities.
• Strong analytical reasoning skills coupled with a commitment to understanding and addressing patients' rehabilitation needs.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective interactions with patients, their families, and the healthcare team.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of five years of clinical experience in treating outpatient cases with the capability to handle complex rehabilitation scenarios.

Compensation and Benefits
