Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy programs to patients based on their specific needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Manage a caseload that allows for meaningful client interactions and comprehensive treatment sessions.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to assess and treat various musculoskeletal conditions.
• Implement evidence-based treatment methods and cost-effective therapies to enhance motion, functionality, and quality of life.
• Encourage patients to consider non-surgical alternatives, reducing dependence on medications.
• Develop and document comprehensive care plans that integrate a range of therapeutic techniques.

• Create accurate and detailed patient documentation using EMR software, particularly proficient in WebPT.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist licensure in California, with no history of sanctions or board actions.

• Strong ability to design and implement effective exercise programs catered to individual patient needs.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly WebPT, to maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records.
