The Physio Recovery Center is actively seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated full-time Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient practice located in the vibrant city of Los Angeles, California. Work Environment

This role is onsite, providing the opportunity for face-to-face interactions with our clients in a collaborative setting. You will be part of a small, dedicated team comprising two seasoned physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA), all committed to continuing education and high standards of care. Your contributions will directly impact our positive patient outcomes and the overall success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patients' goals, needs, and functional capacity.
• Implement treatment plans and provide care to 2-3 patients per hour, utilizing a variety of evidence-based techniques tailored to each individual's needs.
• Develop personalized fitness and wellness programs that focus on rehabilitation, prevention, and overall well-being.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises to enhance mobility and reduce pain, working diligently to minimize reliance on medications or invasive procedures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and other health professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously, adjusting care plans as needed, and documenting all services and treatments using EMR Software such as WebPT.
• Motivate and educate patients on maintaining a healthy lifestyle through strength, flexibility, and balance training.
• Conduct follow-up assessments to evaluate treatment effectiveness and address any ongoing rehabilitation needs.

Our orthopedic practice serves a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on individuals recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, surgical interventions, and chronic conditions impacting their mobility. We prioritize providing compassionate care and customized treatment plans that support each patient's specific needs and recovery goals.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required for this position.
• Must possess a valid California Physical Therapist License, with no disciplinary actions or board actions against it.
• Strong manual therapy skills and expertise in exercise prescription are essential.
• Experience with EMR systems, specifically WebPT, is a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with patients and team members.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective rehabilitation programs.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality patient care standards.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
