Work Environment

Our practice operates onsite, bringing together a cohesive team of two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA). The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, enabling knowledge exchange and professional growth in a structured yet flexible environment. Interacting closely with a team of healthcare professionals ensures that you will be part of a holistic care approach that prioritizes each patient's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient-specific objectives and treatment requirements.
• Manage a schedule to accommodate one patient per hour, providing focused and individualized care.
• Design and implement comprehensive therapy plans using diverse treatment techniques tailored to individual needs.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions to maximize the functional abilities of patients, with a commitment to preventing the need for surgical procedures whenever possible.
• Motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation process, enhancing their strength, flexibility, and overall coordination.
• Educate and support patients on their path to recovery, emphasizing the importance of adherence to treatment protocols and lifestyle modifications.
• Collaborate with other healthcare specialists to document progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our facility focuses on serving a diverse range of patients, primarily those seeking rehabilitation services for orthopedic conditions. Patients may include athletes recovering from sports-related injuries, individuals recovering from surgeries, and those dealing with chronic pain. Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Current and valid state licensure from California as a Physical Therapist.
• No history of board actions or disciplinary measures against your licensure.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings with a commitment to evidence-based practice.
• Expertise in manual therapy techniques and designing rehabilitative exercise regimens.
• Proficiency in utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits.
