Work Environment

In our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility, you will encounter a dynamic and supportive workplace culture. The typical workday includes one-on-one patient sessions—each lasting approximately 30 minutes—with the assistance of trained aides for transitions and modalities. Your schedule will allow for adequate time dedicated to follow-up calls with current and prospective patients, as well as essential documentation tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess clients' conditions and develop tailored treatment plans with measurable goals and timelines.
• Provide comprehensive clinical and progress summaries based on achieved goals.
• Coordinate with other medical professionals involved in the care of patients to share vital information for their treatment.
• Engage in manual therapy techniques and utilize advanced equipment, such as the Neubie by NeuFit and Normatec systems, to enhance patient recovery processes.
• Document patient treatments, progress, and outcomes diligently to ensure quality of care and compliance with regulations.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss patient outcomes, share best practices, and foster a collaborative approach to rehabilitation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your expertise will focus on an active and motivated patient population, primarily individuals aged 35 and up, including elite and professional athletes. We also cater to children and teenagers with orthopedic conditions, ensuring a diverse clinical environment. Our clients are typically dedicated to their home programs and lifestyle changes, allowing for highly rewarding interactions that drive results.

Qualifications

• A valid California state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• A minimum of five years of experience in outpatient orthopedic therapy.
• Strong background in manual therapy techniques and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building meaningful relationships with patients.
• Willingness to participate in teaching small group fitness classes.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Pilates or relevant certifications.
• Training in NAIOMT, IASTM, or similar therapeutic modalities.
• Familiarity with vestibular rehabilitation or treatment of post-concussion syndrome.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
