Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify movement dysfunction and establish goals for therapy.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address patients' specific orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical recovery and sports injuries.
• Provide hands-on therapy, utilizing both manual techniques and advanced modalities (e.g., ultrasound, electrical stimulation) as appropriate.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans as required, ensuring optimal recovery trajectories.
• Educate patients on exercises, self-management strategies, and injury prevention practices to promote long-term health.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and occupational therapists, to provide seamless patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a varied patient population, addressing conditions that span from acute sports injuries to chronic pain syndromes. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Valid state license or eligibility for licensure to practice physical therapy in California.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
