Muscle Care Orthopedic Clinic is seeking a dedicated full-time Physical Therapist to join our team in Pasadena, California. This critical role involves working with patients in an orthopedic outpatient setting to restore their overall range of motion and improve their quality of life. Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly assess and identify patients' individual goals and requirements to create tailored rehabilitation programs.
• Manage an efficient caseload with one-on-one patient sessions, ensuring personalized attention and quality care.
• Utilize critical thinking and evidence-based practices to develop comprehensive care plans, integrating various therapeutic techniques.
• Implement cost-effective treatment modalities aimed at enhancing patients' mobility while reducing reliance on medications and surgery.
• Design and facilitate specialized fitness and wellness programs customized to the individual needs of patients.
• Monitor and document patient progress, making real-time adjustments to treatment protocols as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure seamless and comprehensive patient care.
• Conduct regular evaluations of treatment outcomes, keeping communication clear among all stakeholders.
• Uphold meticulous records of patient care services provided, ensuring compliance with clinic standards and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse population of patients experiencing a range of orthopedic conditions, from post-surgical recovery to chronic pain management. This role is crucial in facilitating improved mobility and quality of life for individuals of all ages, tailoring each treatment plan to meet specific physical challenges and personal goals.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist with a spotless professional record.
• Proficient and experienced in manual therapy techniques relevant to orthopedic conditions.
• Strong capability in developing and executing effective exercise protocols tailored to individual patient needs.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, specifically WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in an orthopedic outpatient facility is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success in treating a variety of conditions with measurable positive outcomes.
• Experience working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Compensation and Benefits
