This position is responsible for providing exemplary customer satisfaction to assigned accounts through the sale or rental of products and services offered by North Star JCB. The anticipated application window will close on October 23 Tasks Responsibilities & Key AccountabilitiesThe successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales and building strong relationships with customers in the industryThis role involves handling inbound and outbound sales inquiries providing product information and closing salesRespond to inbound sales inquiries via phone and emailMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customersIdentify customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment solutionsProvide detailed product information including features benefits and pricingPrepare and process sales orders accurately and efficientlyFollow up on quotes and leads to convert them into salesCoordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of equipmentBuild and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customersHandle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and escalate issues when necessaryEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent serviceMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systemsProvide regular sales updates to managementStay updated on product knowledge and industry trendsOther duties as assignedQualificationsAt least 2 years of inside sales support and/or parts/service sales experience preferably in the equipment sales or rental experience in inside sales preferably in the equipment industryStrong customer service skills and a customer-centric approachExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenAbility to multitask prioritize and manage time effectivelyProficient in using CRM software and MS Office SuiteStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamMust pass any drug screens background checks and any pre-employment tests which will be conducted in accordance with applicable Skills Abilities & CompetenciesStrong problem-solving and analytical to work in a high-stress -oriented and able to work approach to resolving issues impacting various groups across the to understand processes (system and non-system) troubleshoot develop and recommend working in a dynamic environment and be a self-motivated team knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word Excel PowerPoint Teams and Microsoft ConditionsBoth office environment and occasionally manufacturing/factory to noise and temperature RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those required of an employee to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
