Chenega Corporation

Chenega MIOS is seeking a Help Desk Specialist I (Tier 1) to support the CBP Technology Service Desk from Ashburn, VA, with remote capability. This role serves as a 24x7x365 central POC for CBP employees and contractors, delivering first‑level technical support and customer service.

Responsibilities include triage, incident logging in ServiceNow, password resets, basic networking, and escalation to higher-level teams when needed.
