Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapy and counseling to clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and/or severe emotional disorders, using evidence-based interventions.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, screenings, and treatment planning to create tailored care plans that meet the individual needs of clients.

• Effectively manage your caseload, ensuring that each client receives focused treatment addressing their presenting problems and service requests.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance treatment outcomes and develop integrated care plans that encompass linkage to additional resources.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions that empower clients in their recovery journeys.
\n
• Monitor client progress and outcomes while ensuring timely completion of reports and necessary documentation.
\n
• Implement crisis intervention strategies and provide on-call coverage as designated to address client emergencies.
\n
• Participate actively in team meetings, training, and committees aimed at improving service delivery within the agency.

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse range of clients who face various challenges related to mental health and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in social work from an accredited institution

• Current LCSW licensure in the state of Pennsylvania

• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience, preferably in mental health and/ or substance abuse settings.

• Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses, therapeutic modalities, and treatment planning.

• Experience working in a remote setting utilizing telehealth platforms.

• Familiarity with community resources and services available for clients experiencing mental health and substance use challenges.

• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation best practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
