Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on the unique needs of each client, ensuring all interactions are respectful and promote a collaborative environment.

• Provide a range of mental health services including crisis intervention, individual therapy, and group sessions, specifically tailored to address symptoms of mental illness and substance use disorders.

• Work closely with other healthcare providers to implement integrated care plans, facilitating communication and information exchange between clients, family members, and treatment teams.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and refer clients for more extensive assessments as necessary, ensuring timely access to appropriate services.

• Monitor client progress throughout treatment, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with all ethical guidelines and organizational policies.

• Participate in community outreach efforts to educate and engage diverse populations regarding available mental health services.

• Carry a consistent caseload and ensure timely follow-ups with clients, demonstrating commitment to their ongoing care and recovery journey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your hard work and dedication will be rewarded with a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
