Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy for individuals experiencing mental health concerns coupled with substance abuse, tailoring sessions to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs and develop personalized treatment plans, utilizing best practices and solution-focused therapeutic methodologies.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) aimed at fostering recovery.

• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date and adhere to regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to create coordinated care plans, enhancing the overall treatment experience for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to support individuals battling substance abuse issues, many of whom may also be facing co-occurring mental health disorders. You will engage with a diverse patient population, including adults from various backgrounds and demographics. By employing evidence-based treatment strategies, you will play a critical role in helping these individuals reclaim their lives and achieve stability.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Pennsylvania is mandatory.
