Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Optimum Care Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to gauge the mental health needs of patients entering the detox program.

• Collaborating with medical staff to develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on individual needs and established best practices.

• Providing direct psychotherapy services utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Documenting patient progress and maintaining accurate electronic health records, ensuring adherence to HIPAA and relevant regulatory requirements.

In this role, you will focus primarily on clients dealing with alcohol and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Pennsylvania.
