Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ emotional, social, and environmental challenges to create a well-rounded understanding of their needs.

• Develop personalized service plans that incorporate specific goals, interventions, and means for progress monitoring, ensuring alignment with each client’s unique situation.

• Engage in individual and family counseling sessions, offering empathetic support and effective strategies to navigate life’s challenges.

• Provide crisis intervention, including risk assessments and safety planning, to ensure the immediate safety and well-being of clients during critical moments.

• Collaborate proactively with community organizations and agencies to coordinate comprehensive services for clients, advocating for their needs and rights.

• Participate actively in case conferences and team meetings to contribute to the collective knowledge and skill set of the staff.

• Involve yourself in outreach initiatives aimed at raising awareness of available services and promoting mental health resources within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will work primarily with individuals experiencing issues related to substance abuse, mental health disorders, homelessness, and other social challenges. This role is essential in providing a safe space for clients to express their vulnerabilities and work collaboratively towards recovery and empowerment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n
