Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand each client's history and current mental health challenges, allowing you to develop effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Implementing various therapeutic techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based modalities to address the specific needs of patients in detox.

• Documenting all client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and quality of care.

• Acting as a vital member of the multidisciplinary treatment team, engaging in collaborative discussions with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers to create a cohesive treatment approach.

• Facilitating education sessions for clients and their families regarding mental health issues, therapeutic options, and available community resources to empower them on their recovery journey.

• Staying current with the latest research and methodologies in mental health and incorporating this knowledge into your practice to enhance client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.

• At least 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, specifically in providing psychotherapy services.

Preferred Experience\n
