Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments that evaluate the mental health needs of students, considering their strengths, challenges, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused approaches.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that outline specific intervention strategies and measurable goals for students.
\n
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including school counselors, teachers, and parents, to ensure consistent and coordinated care for students.

• Provide crisis intervention services, conduct risk assessments, and devise safety plans when necessary to support students in acute distress.

• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans to comply with ethical and legal standards.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, promoting mental health awareness and resilience among students.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse student population facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional disturbances. Your approach will be culturally sensitive, addressing the varied backgrounds and experiences that students bring to the therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, with specific experience in school-based environments preferred.

• Solid understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches relevant to children and adolescents.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, enabling effective interaction with clients, their families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits\n
