Physical Therapist - Full Time

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with an outpatient clinic in Newark, NJ. You will help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they are recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
Active New Jersey State Physical Therapy license required to start the position.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience in high-volume outpatient settings or multidisciplinary clinics preferred.
Comfortable managing a patient load of approximately 18–20 patients per day and maintaining productivity of 1.8–2.2 patients per hour.
Experience working with support staff such as full-time aides preferred.
New graduate candidates are eligible and supported through a 13-week mentorship program for clinicians with 0–2 years experience.

Clinic & Schedule Details:
Typical schedule options include M/W/F 8:00 AM–6:00 PM or 9:00 AM–7:00 PM and T/Th 8:00 AM–1:00 PM or 9:00 AM–2:00 PM.
Some clinics offer a 4x10 schedule. Rotating Saturdays occur about once per month at most clinics.
Average daily patient census 18–20. Productivity target 1.8–2.2 patients/hour, with higher throughput during peak times.
Multidisciplinary clinic environment with services such as chiropractic, occupational therapy, and acupuncture; physical therapy is primary focus.
Full-time aide support typically available (staffing varies by clinic size).
