Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions, functional abilities, and injury histories to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to perform therapeutic interventions aimed at improving mobility, alleviating pain, and promoting recovery.
• Monitor and adjust treatment strategies based on patient progress and feedback, ensuring optimal outcomes throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic exercises, injury prevention techniques, and overall health maintenance, fostering engagement in their rehabilitation journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time Physical Therapist position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
