Work Environment

You will be working onsite at our rehabilitation facility in East Orange, which is designed to create a supportive atmosphere conducive to healing and recovery. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their therapy needs and develop tailored treatment plans focused on their specific health objectives.
• Execute high-quality therapy sessions, managing a patient load of one patient per hour, ensuring personalized attention and care for each individual.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and manual therapy techniques to enhance patients' mobility and functional performance, tailoring approaches based on ongoing assessments.
• Maintain clear and open communication with patients regarding their progress, treatment effects, and any adjustments needed in their care plan.
• Document patient evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and billing information according to regulatory standards, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all records.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to optimize patient outcomes.

Our clientele at Trigger Physical Therapy consists of diverse individuals, including those recovering from surgery, dealing with chronic pain, or seeking rehabilitation for sports injuries. Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution, with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation.
• A valid New Jersey license to practice physical therapy, demonstrating compliance with state regulatory requirements.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a physical therapy setting, especially in outpatient orthopedic care.
• A pristine professional record with no disciplinary actions against the practice license, indicating a commitment to ethical practice.
• Proficient in manual therapy techniques and evidence-based interventions.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive healthcare team.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience in specialized areas such as sports rehabilitation, geriatric care, or orthopedics can set candidates apart. Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
