This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Flexibility Plus Rehab, you will be responsible for a wide array of essential tasks aimed at improving patient outcomes:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess physical capabilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each patient's unique circumstances and recovery goals.
• Monitor patient progress through regular reassessments of physical capabilities and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Complete electronic documentation promptly, including SOAP notes and progress summaries, to maintain accurate patient records.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding recovery processes and potential obstacles.
• Collaborate with colleagues in various therapy disciplines to design coordinated treatment plans for patients receiving multiple services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your expertise will directly impact a diverse patient demographic, ranging from pediatric to adult populations with varying physical therapy needs. Qualifications

To successfully fulfill this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current and unrestricted licensure from the Board of Physical Therapy to practice in New Jersey.
• Proficient in conducting evaluations and treatments both in-person and via telehealth, as appropriate based on clinical judgment.
• A strong desire to work with a diverse range of patients, demonstrating cultural competence and sensitivity.
