Work Environment

This position is predominantly onsite as you will be traveling to patients' homes for sessions. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments to identify patients' functional limitations and needs.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings, goals, and patient progress.
• Regularly monitor patient outcomes by reassessing clinical signs and symptoms to determine the effectiveness of treatments and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, including SOAP notes and progress reports, utilizing our electronic health record system.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment processes, expected outcomes, and potential hurdles, ensuring they are well-informed and engaged in their rehabilitation journey.
• Achieve minimum productivity metrics as set by the organization while adhering to high-quality care standards.
• Collaborate with team members across disciplines within our organization to coordinate care for clients benefiting from multiple services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary clientele includes children and adults of diverse backgrounds and diagnoses. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required; a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Current and unrestricted licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Flexibility to conduct in-person evaluations and treatments, as well as telehealth sessions when appropriate.
• A strong desire to work with a wide array of patients regardless of age, race, or ethnicity.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment, adapting to the ongoing needs of patients and care delivery.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a substantial salary package, our benefits include:
