Oro Valle Motion Physical Therapy Services is seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in Woodbridge, New Jersey. This full-time role is pivotal in delivering personalized therapy to patients in their homes, aiding them in their journey to recover mobility and enhance their quality of life. Located in a state-of-the-art facility that spans 5,000 square feet, our clinic is equipped with modern techniques and therapies aimed at offering the best orthopedic outpatient services. Our dedicated team of healthcare professionals comprises of two Physical Therapists and one Physical Therapist Assistant, all focused on fostering a collaborative environment to ensure our patients receive comprehensive and effective care. We primarily serve patients with private medical insurance, enabling us to provide tailored treatment plans that align with their individual recovery goals.

Work Environment

This role is onsite, offering the opportunity to work directly with patients in their homes, which allows for a more personalized approach to therapy. Your work hours will be from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, creating a structured routine that supports work-life harmony. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Physical Therapist at Oro Valle Motion Physical Therapy Services, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Identifying the individual objectives and needs of each patient in a home care setting to establish effective treatment goals.
• Managing an efficient caseload, ensuring quality care for approximately one patient per hour.
• Delivering cost-effective treatment plans that aim to enhance clients' motion and mobility, while minimizing dependency on medications and invasive procedures.
• Developing comprehensive care plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices.
• Customizing fitness and wellness programs designed to facilitate the specific requirements of each patient.
• Providing motivation and support throughout the rehabilitation process to help patients achieve their functional abilities.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and ensure holistic care.
• Regularly assessing treatment effectiveness, monitoring patient progress, and maintaining clear communication with clients and team members.
• Thoroughly documenting patient interactions and services provided in accordance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our focus revolves around providing orthopedic outpatient care, where you will work with a diverse range of patients experiencing various mobility issues. Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must have:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Current certification as a licensed Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• A clean professional background with no prior disciplinary actions against the license.
• Demonstrated expertise in manual therapy techniques.
• Adeptness in developing and executing effective exercise regimens tailored to the patient's needs.
• Familiarity with EMR software platforms, specifically WebPT, to ensure organized and efficient patient records management.

Preferred Experience

We prefer candidates with prior experience working in orthopedic outpatient environments that exhibit a strong foundation in patient-centered therapies. Familiarity with home health care practices and strategies that enhance patient compliance is an added advantage.

Compensation and Benefits
