Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Vitality Care Clinic, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations for clients, focusing on their specific needs and conditions.
• Developing and executing individualized treatment plans that reflect the clinical assessment and align with patient goals.
• Regularly reassessing and monitoring patients' progress, adapting treatment strategies based on clinical feedback and patient response.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation, including SOAP notes and progress summaries, within our electronic medical records system.
• Engaging and educating patients and their families on the rehabilitation process, addressing concerns, and setting realistic expectations.
• Achieving established productivity goals while participating in team-based objectives to enhance overall clinic operations.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care for clients receiving multiple services.
• Acting as a representative of our organizational culture, upholding our core values and advocating for exceptional patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited physical therapy program.

Compensation and Benefits
