Work Environment

This role will be conducted onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center in Avenel, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, establishing individualized treatment plans that align with the patients' recovery goals.
• Implement and adjust physical therapy interventions as necessary, utilizing various techniques and therapeutic exercises to optimize patient recovery.
• Engage with a multidisciplinary team, collaborating to leverage each member's expertise in delivering comprehensive care.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service throughout the patient experience, ensuring that all questions and concerns are addressed promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes, adhering to all regulatory standards and best practices.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment options, empowering them to take an active role in their rehabilitation process.
• Meet and strive to exceed organizational goals regarding patient utilization, satisfaction, and clinical outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will work with vary across multiple specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and sports medicine populations. Each patient presents a unique set of challenges that require a tailored approach to care, enhancing your ability to develop specialized skills in a variety of therapeutic settings.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state license in Physical Therapy, along with a valid CPR certificate.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate treatment plans clearly to patients and their families.
• Proficient in data entry and utilization of basic computer applications for documentation and patient management.
• A strong commitment to building relationships with patients to assist them in reaching and exceeding their rehabilitation goals.

Preferred Experience

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) is highly desirable.
• A proven track record of two (2) years of experience working in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Active state licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) is also a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to standard compensation, we provide:
