Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for new patients, including reviewing medical histories, performing thorough assessments, and documenting findings to formulate effective treatment plans.
• Communicate evaluation results and establish treatment objectives collaboratively with patients and their families, ensuring their involvement in setting realistic and attainable goals.
• Administer treatment protocols tailored to individual patient presentations and continually modify plans based on patient progress and evolving healthcare standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care, recognizing changes in patient conditions that necessitate adjustments in the treatment strategy.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient care activities, including evaluations, progress notes, discharge planning, and follow-up care strategies.
• Maintain an organized schedule to meet productivity expectations while accommodating patient needs and facilitating a seamless treatment experience.
• Engage in marketing activities within the community to promote the clinic's services and improve patient access to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.

Preferred Experience

• While prior work experience is desirable, candidates with a minimum of 2 years of clinical practice in various physical therapy settings will be given preference.

Compensation and Benefits
