Work Environment

This position is based onsite in our outpatient office located in Highland Park, NJ. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients to develop tailored treatment plans addressing specific functional limitations and disabilities.
• Consult with healthcare providers about patients' ongoing care plans, ensuring seamless continuity of care.
• Engage positively with patients of various ages and cultural backgrounds, adhering to our high customer service standards.
• Implement treatment plans, continually assessing and modifying as necessary to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of evaluation results, treatment progress, and discharge plans in compliance with all legal and professional standards.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members, physicians, and referral sources to enhance patient care.
• Participate in departmental leadership functions, including community outreach, quality improvement initiatives, and cost-containment strategies.
• Contribute to staff development by providing mentorship and supervision to physical therapy assistants, aides, and students.
• Engage in professional development through ongoing education and participation in training sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
