An international manufacturing company is looking to hire a full-time Sales Support Specialist for their Houston, TX office. This role supports sales efforts such as preparing quotes, setting appointments, contacting customers, monitoring sales volumes, establishing sales trends, and analyzing trends. The Sales Support Specialist also provides administrative support to Business Development Managers (BDM). Duties Providing office and administrative support for both BDM and local branch Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and follow-ups for BDMs Maintaining and updating CRM systems and calendars with accurate customer and activity information Preparing and distributing sales-related reports (weekly, monthly, and ad hoc) Assisting in the preparation of proposals, quotes, presentations, and client communications Tracking customer interactions and ensuring timely follow-up on action items Coordinating travel arrangements and meeting logistics for the BDM team Our client is looking for a proactive and resourceful professional.
