Sales CoordinatorThe Post Oak Hotel is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join the only double Forbes Five-Star Hotel in Texas. The Sales Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support, serving as an important connection between the sales team, hotel departments and our clients. This role supports the sales process from lead management through group turnover by preparing contracts, maintaining databases, coordinating site visits, generating reports, and assisting with day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills, a collaborative approach and a genuine passion for luxury hospitality.Responsibilities include generating and distributing sales reports, managing incoming leads and calls, preparing contracts, group turnovers and proposals, assisting in the preparation of resumes, VIP arrivals, and internal documentation, assisting in the preparation of presentations, sales collateral, and materials for client meetings, site visits, and industry events as needed, coordinating and assisting with site visits, familiarization tours, and client events, maintaining and updating Delphi and CRM databases, serving as a liaison between the Sales team and internal departments, and supporting departmental projects, sales initiatives, and special assignments as directed.Qualifications include two years of experience in sales or related professional area within a Luxury Hotel, professional conduct, sound judgment, the highest level of professional integrity, critical time and project management skills, previous hotel experience, luxury or Forbes experience preferred, and the ability to work flexible schedules as needed.What we offer you includes multiple benefit plans to suit your needs, paid time off, opportunities for advancement, a positive and respectful work environment where diversity is valued, generous employee discounts on dining, retail, amusements, and hotels, community volunteer opportunities, complimentary parking, and colleague meal.
