Contract | Nights | 3×12-hour shifts, 19:00-07:30 | Every other weekend and some holidays required | Limited time-off availability between 12/22 and 1/5 | 4×12 schedule also accepted

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care across both an IMC Acute Medical/Progressive Care unit and an IMC Thoracic unit
• Monitor and manage patients requiring telemetry, including oncology, cardiac, and PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown populations
• Care for patients requiring ventilator management and transplant support
• Identify and respond to lethal cardiac rhythms including ventricular fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia, and asystole
• Float to other units as needed based on staffing requirements
• Pass a telemetry competency exam prior to start , meeting strict passing criteria within the allowed attempts

• Active Wisconsin RN license or compact RN license required
• BLS and ACLS certifications - American Heart Association (AHA) only
• Telemetry, oncology, cardiac, and PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown experience required
• Ventilator and transplant experience required
• Minimum of two years of acute care inpatient RN experience within the last three years in the submitted specialty
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates will not be accepted

• Experience in a Magnet-designated or academic medical center environment
• Familiarity with thoracic patient populations
• Strong cardiac rhythm interpretation skills across both adult and pediatric populations
