Overview Our client is a Commercial General Contractor based in the Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point area of NC and is looking to add a Construction Project Manager to their team. The company focuses on negotiated work with repeat clients. Ideal candidate can manage 3-4 projects at a time. Responsibilities Duties include the following as it pertains to managing a commercial construction project: Oversight of the successive phases of projects. Subcontractor bidding and contract negotiations for projects. Project team selection, management and development. Overall safety and scheduling for assigned projects. Institute and oversee all procedures required for the work to be completed according to schedule. Interaction and communication with owner, architect, engineers and subcontractors. Adhering to company standards while completing projects on time and under budget.
