Position Overview

A Wisconsin Rapids production company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to join our team on a temporary, 3-month assignment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced warehouse environment and are comfortable handling inventory documentation and basic computer tasks.

The Warehouse Specialist will support daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate recordkeeping, and assist with the movement and tracking of products throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments
• Prepare and complete shipping documentation
• Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse paperwork
• Enter and update information using warehouse computer systems
• Assist with order fulfillment, staging, and product movement
• Verify product counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Follow all safety policies and warehouse procedures
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Keep work areas organized and clean

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with paperwork and documentation
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and navigation of warehouse systems
• Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized in a busy environment
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required
