We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator who is the ultimate "air traffic controller" for our logistics operations—someone who can balance logistics, technical parts, and customer service without breaking a sweat. The Mission As our Logistics Coordinator, you are the bridge between our customers in the field and our operations team. You’ll be responsible for working on tight schedules and rolling with the punches as needs change rapidly. What You Bring to the Table We need a "tech‑savvy" organizer who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. If you enjoy solving puzzles and keeping people organized, you’ll fit right in. Required Skills & Qualifications Systems Pro: High proficiency in ERP software (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) and the MS Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook). Logistics Mindset: Experience in scheduling or dispatching, preferably in a technical or industrial field. Communication Style: You can talk to a high‑level project manager and a transportation broker with equal ease and clarity. Adaptability: You’re comfortable with technology and can quickly learn the ins and outs of industrial cooling systems. Team Player: You understand that when orders ship promptly, the company wins. You’re here to support the team. Compensation & Working Hours salary: $52,000 - $55,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM education: High School Responsibilities Utilize ERP and MS Office daily Work closely with Production to schedule ship dates for customers' orders Work with freight carriers and brokers to schedule pickups, follow up tracking Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Logistics department from filing to creating various reports The Essential Functions of This Role working in a smoke free environment working up to 3 hrs of overtime per week Skills ERP Microsoft Office Microsoft Excel Scheduling Billing Customer Service Negotiating Rates Shipping Tracking and Tracing Document Management Qualifications Years of experience: 2 years Experience level: Experienced Equal Opportunity Employer Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.
