GENERAL DESCRIPTION This role provides high-quality administrative, organizational, and legal support to the Litigation team and helps ensure a smoothly functioning Legal department. The ideal candidate models our company values and is detail-oriented, adaptable, team-oriented, able to work with changing priorities and deadlines, and energized by tackling problems and devising solutions. This position operates with a high degree of autonomy, reporting to the Vice President, Associate General Counsel – Employment, Operations & Litigation, on a results-oriented team with a positive culture in a collaborative environment. Upon successful performance in the first 90 days, a hybrid work schedule may be adopted to allow remote work 1-2 days per week, excluding Wednesday. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Provide day-to-day administrative and legal support to the Litigation Team and all members of the Legal department Maintain accuracy of all case files, including set-up and ongoing maintenance, in litigation management systems (Legal Tracker and NetDocuments) Maintain accuracy of all data and supporting documents in subpoena management system (Navex EthicsPoint) Obtain, prepare, format, proofread, organize, and maintain legal documents, correspondence, presentations, reports, and other materials as directed by attorneys and paralegals Calendar and administer team/department meetings and celebrations, including catering Process and route all departmental mail in compliance with established protocols Support Legal Operations Manager, paralegals, and attorneys in triaging departmental inboxes Support timely budget, billing, settlement payments, and expense management processes for department members (Coupa, SAP Concur) Help develop and maintain standard forms, templates, procedures, and other Legal department resources Coordinate communications and information requests on behalf of the Legal department Coordinate department recruiting, onboarding, training, tech support, and offboarding of department employees Help onboard and offboard outside counsel, consultants, and other legal service providers Partner with IT and Legal Operations Manager to manage department hardware and software, subscriptions, software licenses, and memberships Collaborate with relevant corporate departments, serving as a positive ambassador of the Legal Department consistent with company values Other duties as assigned MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional related experience of 3-5 years preferred

Adept in MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Copilot) and Adobe Acrobat

Expertise with document management systems and matter management systems such as Legal Tracker, NetDocuments, and Navex EthicsPoint a plus

Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

Strong office technology knowledge and experience

Independent, self-motivated, confident, organized, tech-savvy, calm in the face of a high volume of requests

Resourceful and motivated to seek information and documents from internal company resources and external legal counsel
