Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified Care Coordinator for our 70 Pine St, Financial District clinic. You will welcome patients, guide them through the out-of-network experience, and help manage appointment flow with a strong emphasis on customer service. Ideal candidates bring prior customer service experience, are hospitable and team-oriented, with excellent communication and multi-tasking abilities.
