Valley Medical Group is looking for a Phlebotomist to join our Laboratory team and work in our Easthampton Medical Center. If you are looking for a dynamic environment, this is your opportunity! Position Phlebotomist Location Easthampton, MA Hours 40 hours, Monday-Friday generally between 6:30am - 3:30pm. Hours may vary depending on department needs. Exact schedule to be discussed at time of interview. Job Responsibilities Collecting samples from patients of all ages Processing and accessions of clinical specimens Checking patients in and out, scheduling appointments, answering phones, greeting patients Required Qualifications Graduate from a Phlebotomy Program or Medical Assistant Program Previous customer service or medical office experience High School graduate or equivalent Additional Preferred Qualifications CPT preferred, but not required EMR experience preferred, Athena experience a plus If you do not meet all of the preferred qualifications, we strongly encourage you to apply and/or inquire.
