Executive Assistant

Location: Norristown, PA | Base Salary: $55,000$75,000/year | Full-Time

We're growing fast, and we're looking for an Executive Assistant who can operate inside the work not around it.

Position Summary:

This isn't a passive administrative role. As an Executive Assistant supporting the Project Manager, you'll help drive the execution of commercial kitchen ventilation projects from start to finish. You'll be responsible for maintaining organization across active jobs, coordinating communication between teams, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. You're the one keeping information clean, timelines visible, and priorities aligned so projects move forward without friction.

What You'll Do:

• Own communication flow between PM, field, fabrication, vendors, and clients clear, timely, and accurate
• Manage schedules across jobs track progress, adjust timelines, and keep all parties aligned
• Maintain clean, organized project information (drawings, permits, job status)
• Flag issues early and push them to resolution before they impact the job

Work Environment:

This role is primarily office-based, with occasional coordination tied to active job sites. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple active projects at once, where organization and responsiveness directly impact outcomes.
