Corporate Staff Accountant

Corporate Staff Accountant – Q‑Lab Corporation Q‑Lab Corporation is currently seeking a Corporate Staff Accountant. Reporting to the Controller, this role assists in the monthly close process, including preparation of journal entries, monitoring and reconciling balance sheet accounts, and maintaining a fixed‑asset system across multiple entities and countries, among other duties. Responsibilities Assist in the monthly close process, including preparation of journal entries Monitor and reconcile balance sheet accounts Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions Analyze financial information Assist with sales and property tax compliance, including preparation of returns Provide management with weekly and monthly KPI reports Assist in annual planning process Maintain fixed‑asset system across multiple entities in multiple countries Assist with inventory cost management and GL reconciliation to internal inventory system Ad hoc reporting as needed Required Skills Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 1–3 years of experience preferred Analytical and detail‑oriented Proficient in Microsoft Office Good verbal and written communication skills Desired Skills Prior experience in a manufacturing environment or accredited lab Public accounting experience a plus Who We Are Q‑Lab Corporation is a global leader in providing material durability testing products.
