JOB DESCRIPTION

Atlantic Health, one of New Jersey's largest non-profit healthcare networks, is seeking a malignant hematology specialist with a strong interest in cellular therapy to join our growing oncology practice at Atlantic Health Morristown Medical Center. Position Overview The role involves providing comprehensive care to malignant hematology patients as part of a collaborative and expanding medical oncology team and developing and expanding the cellular therapy program, including CAR‑T, bispecific antibodies, and novel research agents on clinical trials. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive, patient‑focused care to malignant hematology patients. Collaborate with board‑certified cancer specialists and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate treatment across a wide range of cancers. Lead the expansion of the Beckman Advanced Cellular Therapy Unit, overseeing CAR‑T and other cellular therapy modalities. Engage in clinical research, including participation in and leadership of clinical trials for novel therapeutic agents. Mentor and support junior staff, trainees, and other team members in the practice of malignant hematology. Qualifications Fellowship trained and board certified in medical oncology and/or hematology. At least 3–5 years out from fellowship training. Demonstrated success working individually and as part of a team. Salary & Benefits Salary Range: $500,000–$600,000 base salary only; excludes any quality and/or productivity incentives.
