We are seeking motivated individuals eager to join our expanding sales team as In Home Sales Consultants. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive, paid training is provided both in-person and on the job. This role focuses on representing home improvement products through an appointments-only sales process, offering local travel and the opportunity to grow within a supportive, goal-driven environment. Sales appointments are warm leads that homeowners have scheduled for a sales consultant to present Leafguard. Commissions are uncapped with extra opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Engage actively in sales activities to meet targets
• Interact professionally with customers to understand and fulfill their home improvement needs
• Participate fully in classroom and on-the-job training programs
• Set personal and team goals to drive performance
• Collaborate effectively within a small sales team
• Travel locally to attend scheduled appointments

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years in sales experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills
• Reliability and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
