Supporting commercial timberland transactions, the full-time remote Real Estate Paralegal will serve as the lead paralegal on timber-related real estate matters, drafting closing documents and managing complex transactions across multiple jurisdictions. Key responsibilities Serves as lead paralegal on commercial real estate timberland transactions Drafts closing documents and prepares closing binders Coordinates and manages large and complex commercial real estate transactions, ensuring due diligence is completed on schedule Required qualifications 4-year college degree is required; paralegal certificate is preferred Five to seven years of commercial real estate experience, with a preference for timberland or agricultural properties Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
