About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic partner to the Chief Media and Ads Officer and the broader Ads & Media leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic priorities, leading the preparation for high-stakes meetings, and owning the group's operating rhythms and routines. This role requires a leader who can connect work across the organization, ensure the execution of the highest-priority efforts, and help shape executive and board-level narratives. The Chief of Staff will also play a key role in accelerating the practical use of AI across Ads & Media, serving as a trusted advisor, and bringing forward insights, risks, and opportunities. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in strategy, operations, transformation, consulting, media, advertising, technology, or a related field. Basic qualifications include a background in retail media, advertising, digital product, or a technology-enabled business, and a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives. The role demands exceptional executive communication skills, strong business judgment, and the ability to influence senior executives. Preferred qualifications include experience supporting senior executives, a track record of translating AI opportunities into business value, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate will also possess high emotional intelligence, curiosity, courage, and a low-ego, enterprise-first mindset.
